Orders ship within 2 business days. Tracking will be uploaded to the eCrater site once shipped.
Currently, payments are accepted through PayPal.
To check on the current status of your order, please use the "Contact Seller" link on any product page. Once your order is shipped, tracking will be uploaded to the eCrater site.
Unless otherwise specified, returns are accepted within 7 days. ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SENT. (Brand new and sealed items must be in brand new and sealed condition). Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of seller error. Items offered with Free Shipping will have actual shipping cost deducted from refund value, except in the case of seller error. Consumables (including health and beauty items) cannot be returned once opened. Computer software and tech items that have been opened are non-returnable. Electronic codes are non-refundable once sent or revealed. Seasonal and Special Occasion items (including Emergency Preparedness) are non-returnable.
Some items may be prohibited in international mail. Please use the "Contact Seller" link on any ShopCart product page to inquire about international shipping.
As a security precaution, please request to cancel the order and place the order again with the correct shipping address. Orders can be cancelled if it has not been processed and shipped.
